Why is my discount code not working?

    Please double-check the spelling of the code and its expiration date.

    If everything seems fine and you are still unable to use the code, please contact us.

     

    Can I make changes to my order?

      Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to an existing order yourself, but you could contact us within the first 12 hours of your order placement, and we will try our best to help you.

       

      Can I cancel my order?

        If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel your order as this might be already in the printing process.

         

        What should I do if my product is damaged?

          In the event that your product arrives damaged, please send us an email with the following information:

          • Customer name

          • Email address used when placing the order

          • A photo of the damage and description

          • Order number

           

          What happens if I have not received my order?

            In the event this happens, please contact us, and we will track the order for you.

            If you have placed an order with the wrong address and/or other information and you did not contact us as within the first 12 hours of the order placement, please note that we do not take any responsibility.

             

            What happens if I missed the delivery and forgot to pick my parcel up from the local depot?

              If you fail to collect the parcel from your local depot, this will be sent back to us. You will have to pay an extra delivery charge for this to be sent back to you. The delivery charge varies depending on the delivery address.
